26 Nov Becoming an ASUC Associate Member
There aren’t enough organisations that will help maintain the standards some of us strive to achieve. We have a long standing relationship with ASUC, spanning more than a decade and we’ve seen the great things they’ve achieved in such a short time, that’s why we are delighted to announce that we have been approved as Associate Members.
This organisation aims to connect leading contractors in underpinning, subsidence repair, retro fit basements and engineered foundation solutions – basically anything to do with subterranean construction. As you can imagine it’s a bit of a niche, but connecting quality has always been a passion of ours. We only work with the best, it helps us maintain our standards and deliver the immaculate projects we have become known for.
ASUC promotes awareness of high standards of workmanship and expertise – as you’re probably aware, when it comes to basements, there aren’t many practices with more experience than ours. ASUC not only will open up new contractors for us, but also will give members the opportunity to find and recommend us. It’s a great opportunity and we look forward to working with our fellow members.
Obviously we are more akin to working with basements, but our general experience in the industry puts us in the fortunate position of having seen EVERY obstacle and how to overcome them as well as simply knowing what works when it comes to basement retro fit developments.
We think we can bring a lot to the members at ASUC and are firm supporters in their mission. We see too many stories in the news about collapsed basements excavated by under-qualified contractors, it’s great to have a resource through which you can find the best in the trade to ensure that design and construction works are delivered at a high standard.
As part of our ASUC membership we are held to a code of conduct which ensures that a high quality of work is maintained. We set ourselves very high standards and so adhering to such a code of conduct is no problem, but having peace of mind that every other member is doing the same is a huge help when looking for contractors to recommend.
